COVID-19 PROTOCOL

& UPDATES

Our primary goal is to keep our customers, employees, and the community safe.

 

We are all in this together and we are asking the community participants to not come to the rink if you are feeling flu like symptoms or have been around someone with these symptoms in the previous 14 days.

 

All participants will adhere to the following COVID protocols which are aligned to State and County mandates:

  1. In order to enter the premise all participants must certify:

    1. The participant does not have, and has not had in the last 14 days, a fever over 100.4 degrees; 

    2. The participant is not experiencing COVID-19 symptoms (including, but not limited to, a cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, muscle aches);

    3. The participant has not had close contact within the last 14 days with an individual infected with COVID-19, suspected of being infected with COVID-19 or exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms; and

    4. The participant shall not enter the facility if any of the above is true. 

  2. All participants must check into the building through Dash platform and QR scan;

    1. QR scan provided at front desk, and

    2. Participants must register through Dash.

  3. If you have been fully vaccinated, you do no need a mask. If you have not been fully vaccinated, we ask that you please continue to wear a mask.

How are we keeping customers safe?

We have convenient hand sanitizers located around the facility and ask customers to use them frequently. 

 

We have allowed extra time between events for an enhanced sanitization process. Especially focused on high touch surfaces, including but not limited to: bathrooms, door handles, benches, and the lobby area.
