Performs general janitorial tasks throughout all areas of the facility.

Performs a variety of duties with a primary focus on excellent customer service.

Maintains all equipment and the ice surface, and ensures facility safety for employees and patrons.

Assists with the management of the entire scope of the facility in the absence of the General Manager.

Under the supervision of the General Manager and Concessions Manager. Performs a variety of customer service related duties and assists the manager on duty with general operations of concessions.

Duties and responsibilities are performed under the supervision and direction of the Hockey Director. Responsible for knowing and enforcing all the laws and rules of the game, as well as knowing and enforcing all rules and regulations set forth by the facility.
