Breanne is a USFS Gold Medalist in Moves in the Field.


She has 11 years of experience in competitive skating through USFS.


Breanne has 15 Years of coaching experience. She is a gold-certified ISI member and a PSA member.


Breanne earned a B.S. in Cognitive Science at the University of California, San Diego. 


Breanne is also a certified 200-RYT Yoga Instructor.

Figure Skating Club President

Frank Anderson began skating after college and has been an avid participant in the sport for over 35 years.


During that time, Frank passed USFS proficiency tests in pairs (bronze level), moves in the field (adult gold) and ice dance (gold level).


Frank competed as an adult and was the 2 time Southern California Adult Ice Dance Champion.


Frank has been teaching skating skills and ice dance for 8 years.

Figure Skating Coach

Ashley is a Goleta native but began skating at nine years old in Northern Kentucky. She has a BS in Kinesiology and Exercise Science with a pre-medicine minor from the University of Kentucky. Ashley is a moves in the field gold medalist. She skated professionally with Holiday on Ice and Disney on Ice, and danced professionally with Live Nation: Cartoon Network Live! Ashley has 12 years of coaching experience specializing in freestyle, choreography, and off-ice conditioning and movement. She is an American Ice Theatre (AIT) Certified Choreographer.

Figure Skating Coach

Jeanne has 30+ years of coaching experience with all ages and levels, and is a member of USFS and ISI. She loves working with students to grow their skills and experience.


She is experienced in choreography and production for ice shows.

She holds a BS/BA in mathematics from CSUN with a secondary teaching credential.

Figure Skating Coach

Terry is a member of United States Figure Skating, Professional Skaters Association, and the Ice Skating Institute.

He has coached Regional, Sectional, National and Junior Olympic competitors and champions, which includes the 1983 Novice

Ladies National Champion from the Santa Barbara Figure Skating Club.

Figure Skating Coach

Nadia was born and raised in Québec, Canada and has over 25 years of coaching experience with skaters of all ages and levels and in all disciplines. She is a Double Gold medalist, was a level 1 Coach with Skate Canada and certified with the National Coaching Certification Program. She is an ISI Gold Level Judge, USFS Coach, Double-Gold Coach and a certified Life and Health Coach. Nadia lives on an organic farm with her husband, 2 kids, 4 dogs and many chickens!

Hockey Coach

Neal grew up in Minnesota where he began skating at age 3. Neal began playing hockey at age 5, where he quickly discovered a passion for the sport. He has coached all ages of hockey including 3 years as a women’s hockey varsity assistant coach.

Neal graduated from The University of Minnesota in 2019 with a B.S.  in Physics & Astrophysics.

Check out our guest coaching policy below.

The Ice In Paradise reserves the right to approve or deny any guest coach who seeks the opportunity to
coach/instruct at our facility. An allowance for guest coaches applies primarily to local competition weeks
and/or test sessions as well as visiting coaches who are not on staff at the Ice in Paradise Learn to Skate
Program. However, some exceptions* and special circumstances may be granted by the Ice in Paradise Figure
Skating Director.

Any coach, not affiliated with Ice in Paradise Learn to Skate Program, seeking the opportunity to guest
coach/instruct at Ice in Paradise, must contact the Figure Skating Director at least seven (7) days in

Upon approval and prior to their ice session, a guest coach must stop at the Ice in Paradise Administration
Office and submit: 1) Proof of SafeSport Completion 2) $10/30 minute of coaching time and 3) Proof of current
liability insurance with "Ice in Paradise" listed under additional insured.
Once in Ice in Paradise, the guest coach agrees to follow the Ice in Paradise Freestyle rules and regulations.
Failure to comply will result in the loss of the guest coach privileges.

*The Guest Coach Protocol does not apply to coaches who are invited by the Ice in Paradise Management to
work special skating camps, workshops and related special appearances.
