10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY
CAMPAIGN INITIATIVES

Ice in Paradise is a 503c non-profit organization, and when we finally opened to the public 10 years ago, we were only able to do so with the support of the many generous contributions and from our community members. Each year since we've opened, we've not only relied on rink user fees, but also annual donations, grants, sponsorships, and continued community support.

We want to continue to be a community resource that we sought out to be when we first dreamed of opening a rink in the Santa Barbara area. Please consider supporting us, all donations go back into ensuring Ice in Paradise can continue to provide the programs and services we all have come to love and enjoy.

Create your community legacy today by donating to our 10 Year Anniversary Campaign Initiatives.

Affordable Programs

Ice in Paradise offers over 20 programs for local community members and visitors, including figure skating, youth and adult hockey, learn to skate classes and freestyle sessions. Our mission is to provide a wide variety of recreational ice-skating programs at affordable costs, fostering a safe, friendly and fun environment with strong community partnerships.

Infrastructure Funding

With adequate funding, Ice in Paradise aims to subsidize the cost of its services, ensuring that rates remain affordable and accessible. Our state of the art facility features NHL regulation and junior ice rinks, locker rooms and adaptive sports capabilities designed to accommodate all players and visitors.

Youth Hockey Development

Our youth hockey programs are designed not only to introduce children of all ages and abilities to the sport of hockey but also to instill valuable life skills. Through engaging and comprehensive practices, participants develop their stickhandling, and game strategies, all while fostering a sense of teamwork and sportsmanship.

Capital Improvements

Essential capital improvements at Ice in Paradise are crucial for enhancing and maintaining our facilities. By investing in enhancements such as improved ice surfaces, a new zamboni and modern amenities, we can support our current participants but also attract new visitors. Ice in Paradise has been a vital part of our community for years, and we aspire to continue evolving and adapting to the needs of our participants!
