As we prepare to watch athletes from across the globe gather and compete on the world stage, we fondly reminisce to when we hosted the US Men's Sled Hockey Team in March of 2017 and more recently, the US Women's Sled Hockey Team in March of 2023.

Ice in Paradise was built with ADA accessibility in mind, offering sled and wheel-chair accessible ice in the Snider Rink (an NHL-sized rink), with a special bench area where disabled athletes can get on and off the ice with ease. Ice in Paradise was, and still is the perfect place to host the US Sled Hockey Teams, or any sled hockey team.
The world-class athletes that visited were exciting to watch during their practice and both visits reaffirmed our belief that ice sports can be enjoyed by all.

As we celebrate our 10th Anniversary, we pledge to continue to support and encourage any individual looking to become athletes. We want everyone to have the chance to show their passion and sportsmanship on the ice.
