Frank Anderson has been selected as Ice in Paradise's 2023 Volunteer of the Year. Frank Anderson can be found volunteering at Ice in Paradise, on and off the ice. After 18 years of dedicated service to Ice in Paradise, Steve Heinze has decided to step down from his position as Board Member and President of the Greater Santa Barbara Ice Skating Association. Steve has been around ice rinks indoors and out since he started skating in his backyard at the age of five in North Andover, Massachusetts.
